Our office is located in St. Augustine, one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, and we use modern technology and forward-thinking training to support our team’s development. Team members are cross-trained and supported as they grow into areas like sales, retention, account management, or marketing, with opportunities to specialize over time.

Role DescriptionAs a Customer Relations Representative at Perry Unwalla - State Farm Agent, you’ll be the face of our agency in the community. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, apartment communities, car dealerships, and other key partners to promote our insurance services. You’ll help increase awareness of our agency and generate leads through outreach, networking, and grassroots marketing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, representing a trusted brand, and playing an active role in community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our agency and services to local businesses and community organizations.
  • Establish and maintain referral relationships with apartments, dealerships, and other local partners.
  • Attend community events and networking opportunities to represent the agency.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and follow up with interested leads.
  • Support the team with light in-office administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and community engagement.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be available for on-site work.
Hours 28–40 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
