State Farm® Insurance Agent Perry Unwalla

"Since my update I have received two phone calls from an agent at the agency. Basically I was told that the new policy and form is a state requirement. I won't hold the agency for this new state mandate and will change my review again but it's obvious state insurance lobbyist plan a roll in this. The agency contacted me to clarify the situation.

So, I have changed my mind on my review of this insurance company. Recently, I received notification that my car insurance was being replaced by a different policy. ( I didn't request the change ). As a result they need a new acknowledgement of coverage or rejection form. If I do nothing they they will automatically add the more expensive coverage to my policy....( I checked and it would increase my yearly premium over $800.00 / year ). Why not default to the lower coverage instead of the higher???
We all know why....

Beware of this tactic...

"Perry Unwalla agency has grown a lot since its inception. As a result, phone lines may be jammed on Mondays and Fridays and staff may not always be able to respond quickly. A high turnover in the staff doesn't help.

But through it all, a few things have stayed constant. Perry always responds promptly if contacted directly. Aritha, a very sweet and helpful lady, has been "forever" with Perry and always knows where to forward my questions. Jeanne Ryan, the office manager, is always available. And thank you State Farm! I have been with State Farm for over 40 years. State Farm may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Other insurance companies may pay for only after-market parts if you have an accident. If you want genuine factory parts, go with State Farm."
