"My experience with State Farm began by simply moving my auto insurance over to them after getting a competitive rate quote. After witnessing first hand how helpful they were and how much focus is placed on customer service, I brought my homeowners insurance to State Farm as well. I have been beyond pleased with the service and their willingness to answer my many questions. Last (but certainly not least), whatever they're paying Mary is not enough. "This Morning Jennifer contacted me to see if I was satisfied with my policy at Perry UnWalla agency. I had a couple of minor concerns with my policy. One she could not fix yet but will check. The other she was able to lower my premium by correcting my mileage that I drive. It was a pleasant experience and conversation with her. I appreciate she told me she is working from home and is in Alabama. I liked the personal touch of her experience and professionalism. "I am honestly disgusted with this office and team. I have been insured with them since 2018 when I was 20 years old and I have never made an auto insurance claim. I don't have a single thing on my driving record and they have almost doubled my bill in under a year. When I made the call to get an explanation as to why it went up they had nothing to tell me 0 explanation basically to pound sand. It is really discouraging and sad to see businesses not even try to maintain their longtime clients. It is part of what makes America function It doesn't seem they have any loyalty to people who have been with them like myself who has used them my entire adult life so if you have been with them and you are considering another place, DO IT! They have no loyalty just be loyal to yourself and get another quote look for other policies start saving because they are not understanding at all I know you guys will reply and say thank you for my feedback then nothing gets done you just want people to think you did something about it and that you will make changes but you won't and you didn't lol"

"I had auto insurance with Allstate for seveeral years. Each year my premiums would increase signicantly. I requested quotes from several insurance companies. State Farm/Perry Unwalla, with agent Skyler Begley, gave me the best quote, saving me over $800 per year. Needless to say, I changed my auto insurance with them."
